Phenom Elementary demonstrates at an early age the importance of exercise as well as getting the flu of performance training down. Also working on developing the core, quick muscle fibers, explosiveness, speed, and agility. We also employ different movement patterns and changing direction to get the body to adapt to different functional movements as well as full speed motions.
Phenom Developmental is a step up from the elementary, now we can demonstrate more Complex movement patterns with more strength emphasis, At this age, the body begins to change as well as the attitude and the expectation to be better. Phenom begins a safe but challenging Class where execution is at a higher level of importance. Incorporating more science in the skillsets. Training the body to have structural balance, mobility, stability, and good posture. All while increasing overall athleticism.
PHENOM HIGH SCHOOL
Phenom High School program begins with a thorough assessment to recognize all of the core components to develop an optimize an athletes performance. Our program takes the strengths and weaknesses of the individual and their goals to customize a program that is tailored for the athlete. Phenom develops the functionality of the muscles, increases the range of motion, decreases instability and focuses on proper muscle recruitment. If an athlete's weakness is based on quickness, speed, explosiveness, flexibility, stability or strength; that directly determines the design of their program. Our goal is to make every athlete not just better, but get the most out of their body to become dominant in their chosen sport or recreational activity.
